I sent this to booking.com and the manager of these appartments (confirmation 2979093623)

 Please be advised I was unable to utilise the apartment as I have a disability. The apartment was described as the whole unit being on the ground floor. This was not the case as there is a flight of stairs up to it. i cannot use stairs unaided. The apartment description is misrepresented on Booking.com. The manager's solution, Liz Erasmus, was to offer me a penthouse from Tuesday at a much higher rate. The penthouse is on the 3rd floor. All in all a most unsatisfactory experience. Fortunately I had alternative accommodation for Sunday evening. 12th December.

Ordered a Potato Rosti from Backyard Cafe Bergvliet as I had eaten there before,having the choice of 3 other smaller little eateries I thought I'd try them again only to be dissapointed as this is how my rosti appeared( i know its supposed to be crispy) but it was just burnt and the mushrooms were greasy and black and salad i wasn't sure what it was.There was no Pesto as mentioned on the menu. Spoke to the manage of the cafe but she wasnt really interested just shrugged her shoulders.Which is a pity as I really expected my Rosti to look like the photo I have posted above.Sadly won't be back will try Stodels Diep River next time.

Air France - "Service friendly and professional"

 The flight from Paris to Sao Paulo with Air France was excellent. Service friendly and professional. Meals and beverages on board were first quality. I slept 7 hours and arrived relaxed into Sao Paulo.
