I had a super lunch here yesterday, good food, great ambience, 8/10 from me!  My friend Marti's burger had raw meat in it so -2 marks for you!  I enjoyed my food and even though we had both ordered a burger - mine was cooked but mine was without cheese, so maybe the cheese through them off?

Sorry but bad service is bad service!

Doodles Restaurant in Bloubergstrand, where I and 5 other St.Luke's volunteers had lunch today gets a bad service mention on this Weeks blog,  We waited an hour and a half for our food to be served and a cheeky waitress posing as a manager told us she was the restaurants manager when we asked to see the manager.  The real manager was a pleasant lady but bad service is bad service?!?

I went to get my groceries for tonight's dish I  am cooking and your Melkbos store had no Ciabata Rolls.  Checkers up the road from me (Seaside Village) always have stock of them!  Very disappointed and now my 10000 plus blog readers can see why a change to Checkers is a good thing!

I don't like venting, but let it be know that FNB should seriously get their house in order before embarking on their constant (AND IRRITATING) campaigns to sign-up more clients! Do you know that they are not even allowing new bond applications for non-FNB clients? FNB, your bond department is in shambles! Shame on you! I suggest you burn the midnight oil in order to get your back-log in order. Three weeks turn-around time for a bond application is just not acceptable in the business world! Definitely disgusted!

Super Afternoon Tea

While in England I went to this Restaurant for afternoon tea.  I highly recommend it to you if you are in Malton, England ever.

I am rating my flights this year and will put my rating on this blog,

I doubt wether the service on offer, the personality of the crew or the cr?p aircraft configuration will have improved since my last journey of inspiration but hey I believe in fairness and accurate information so let’s see maybe KLM will have improved since the last 8 flights I have taken with them!

I went to this restaurant on the beachfront in Pater Noster  today. it is super and gets a thumbs up from me!  Good food, nice scenic location, clean toilets and close to the beach,  Friendly staff. Worth a visit?

I never got to fly SW or Air Namibia when I went to Walvis Bay in 1999.  SA Express operated my Air Namibia flight to Walvis bay!  pitty so I do not know what they are like, but apparently if you are flying to Europe with them if you have an Economy Class ticket for R5000 odd Rand you get an upgrade to Business class.  A good deal?!?  Our service provider of the week!

You get the hero and numpties award, this week for your appauling fitting rooms at your canal walk shop!  A small shelf to sit on while trying clothes on!  I need to sit down when trying trousers on due to a slight disability from a brain tumour in 1997 and how it has effected my ability to do things.  Your changing rooms floor was filthy and that is where I had to sit!  Sis, shame on you!

Friday 13th

I have already decided on this weeks service awards winner. I am adding Edgars Bayside to my list of excellent service providers today!  I bought a new pair of trousers from Edgars in Bayside today and I was pleasantly surprised by your new change room design.  Being at a slight disadvantage physically to other people, I always make a comparison on fitting rooms I use.

Edgars fitting rooms are large and you finally have a seat on, in them, not just a shelf to sit on anymore?  I need to sit down when taking off trousers or putting them on. You have a nice comphy chair now!  Well Done!

Great Service!

This courier service delivered a package from Pietermaritzburg to my home in Bloubergstrand in 1 day! Fantastic service?  Not like Fedex who took two weeks to deliver my ipad.   And they (Fedex) claim to be the world's fastest courier company!?!
